Most dental offices take traditional x-rays in two dimensions. Because we want our patients to have the most accurate diagnosis and the most precise treatment possible, we have invested in the latest three-dimensional imaging technology.
We use the Sirona 3D Dental Imaging System to make dental implant treatment safer, faster, and more predictable. This technology not only displays a three dimensional image of the patient, but it also provides a virtual simulation of the surgery.
At the time of the actual procedure, surgical guides that have been customized for the patient assist with accurate implant placement. This allows for a faster and more comfortable surgery.
From a Patient’s Perspective, the biggest benefit of 3-D imaging is Peace of Mind. Other benefits include:
